“I came to Canada from Nepal in November of 2018. After a 5-year-long study gap, I was skeptical about what career path to choose in order to start a new life in a new continent. Canadian Business College provided me with thorough insight into all the available options and guided me with my OSAP application too.
After deciding to pursue a career in law enforcement, I started the Police Foundations Diploma program at the Toronto campus where the class schedules best suited both my personal and professional needs. The faculty could not have been any better. One of the instructors was a former Staff Sergeant in the RCMP, while the other was a former Tactics and Rescue Unit Officer in the OPP ( presently a firefighter with Toronto Fire Department). Both of them were abundant sources of knowledge and taught me the skills that I was looking to learn and develop. They would explain every single word in the text books from a law enforcement point of view and shared their experiences—both fun and bitter—from their time in service.
I graduated with an Honours Diploma, and I am working in security and excited to pursue my dream career. I definitely recommend Canadian Business College to anyone who is planning to study further.
