Canadian Business College’s Medical & Health Administration program develops the administrative, clerical and customer service skills required to work in today’s fast-paced medical office environments. As the first person of contact, you will set a professional, friendly tone in your interactions with clients and patients. Hands-on training in Microsoft Office applications and ABELMed patient management software prepare you for computer-based tasks, such as creating spreadsheets, managing correspondence and booking appointment reminders and confirmations.
