About our program
Canadian Business College’s Law Clerk program uses remote, instructor led career training to develop a strong knowledge in various areas of the law and build your knowledge in legal research, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), criminal procedure and practice management.
You will learn about the law, including contract, estates, corporate, real estate, family and employment law. Upon graduation, you will be prepared to write the Institute of Law Clerks (ILCO) Estates, Corporate, Real Estate and Litigation exams.
Upon graduation, you will be ready to pursue career opportunities with private law firms, public and private corporations, financial institutions, municipal, provincial and federal government offices and more!
